Braulio Estima Training Times

Hi all

A quick note to let you know what is going on with Braulio Estima this weekend.

Friday 28th: No Gi class from  5:30pm – 7:30pm

Saturday 29th : Junior class from 11:00am – 12:00pm
Saturday 29th : Adult class from 12:00pm – 2:30pm

Sunday 30th : Private classes and all places are now taken

Braulio is a regular at the club and never fails to leave everyone in awe.  (Or is that pain).  His ability to get an escape or submission from seemingly impossible positions, and then get that accross to the sutdents he teaches is second to none.

Some of his techniques may just be a tiny little bit different from what you may already know but the adjustment makes a huge difference in the outcome of the technique.

Other techniques may be very acrobatic and flash looking and look fun to learn.  Whatever the approach, the result is usually the same – SUBMISSION.

Don’t miss this opportunity to train with Braulio – He’s always happy to teach the Channel Islands students and the students all come away from the classes with more weaponry in their BJJ arsenal.

Private lessons

Private lessons with Braulio

If you would like a private training session with Braulio to go over any techniques or just to

help you with your bjj, please let Rob know a.s.a.p, so he can organize this with Braulio. This

is a must for anyone who wants to climb the bjj ladder and a great opportunity to train with

one of, if not, the best in the world.

Braulio Reminder – Training on 28-30 November

Hi all

This is a reminder for all you BJJ students that Braulio “Two Gold” Estima is over for a weekend of training from Friday 28th November through Sunday 30th November.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those of you who have not trained with Braulio to experience training with a World Champion fighter and one of the best instructors around.

Can you please let Rob Staples know at the club if you are interested in attending any of the training as he needs to gauge numbers. 

The format of the trianing will probably be similar to past training seesions with Braulio which may be a no-gi & or gi trianing on Friday night followed by private lessons on Saturday morning and a seminar on the Sunday.  Depending on the interest though, Braulio may use one of the days to fly to Guernsey and train with the students over there so please keep checking back for exact training time table.

As Braulio has recently won two Golds in the Pan Ams, one in his weight category and one in the absolutes, you could not pick a better time to train with a champ who is in high demand.

For those who are interested in training with Braulio and have not done Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before, please contact Rob at training@gracie-barra-channel-islands.com and he will let you know where to come, what to bring and what to expect.
