Braulio Estima Confirms Dates For December

Braulio Estima has confirmed that he will be over on the 11th-12th-13th December.Please can you confirm with Rob if you will be attending that weekend of training. There has been a slight change to payment as the club would like the money paid for training prior to that weekend.
On the evening of the 12th December we will be going out for something to eat and drink, so if you would like to come along please put your name down up at the club.A deposit will be required.This is a weekend not to be missed

Training hard for MMA

Gracie Barra Channel Islands Liam McGeary is training hard for his up and coming MMA tournament in Andover, currently 1-1-1 in his MMA career. Liam has been pushing him self training 5-6 days a week both on his stand up and ground game and has improved considerably  over the last six months especially in his BJJ. Liam has a back ground in kick boxing and continues  entering kick boxing tournaments as well as MMA tournaments and at 27 years old has plenty of time  to enjoy many competition for some time to come.

So all of us at Gracie Barra C.I wish Liam all the best in his continued training, for his up coming fight.

Drunks Attack Cross Dressing Cage Fighters

Sometimes life is just great in dealing out justice to those whoi deserve it. Take these idiots for instance.

Several drunks are causing trouble and fighting in a town centre and are obviously looking for trouble.

They see what appears to be an easy target; a couple of cross dressers. Oh oh, big mistake. Turns out these cross dressers were actually cage fighters going to a fancy dress party.

I love it when stuff like this happens to idiots like these mindless thugs.
