Braulio Estima Channel Islands Guernsey seminar

3 time BJJ world champion traveled to Guernsey this past weekend, already conducted one seminar in Jersey on the Saturday it was the Guernsey Academys turn to benefit from the world champion,
A well-attended session covering some aspects of the Spider guard a favourite technique of Braulio’s,
GB Purple belt Chris Goldsbrough taking the warm up, which quickly move on to the techniques, Braulio demonstrating the finer points of the submission.
This was followed by the normal rolling session at the end, Braulio showing why he is a dominate force on the world BJJ scene.
