The Brighton BJJ Open is this weekend. It’s another trip over for Matt Norris who is a regular at this event and has a good record at this competition.Going along with Matt this year is Paul How.
Paul has been training with us in BJJ for around about twelve months and Brighton will be Pauls first BJJ competition.
When Paul started BJJ with us last year he was tipping the scales around the twenty stone mark and has now dropped down to fourteen stone, this has been a lot of hard work which included training in GI and NO-GI five to six times a week. With all this training Pauls more then ready to hit the competition circuit.
So to Paul and Matt we wish you both all the best for this weekends competition.
We will post any news on both Matt and Pauls progress as soon as we get it.
