Congratulations to Matt Norris and Matt Delauney both picking up medals in their respective weight class. Matt Delauney getting GOLD at super feather weight in the white belt divison and Matt Norris collecting BRONZE at super heavy weight in the purple belt divison. Matt Norris had to move up to super heavy weight due to the heavy weight class being merged with super heavy.We will get a more news about the Brighton BJJ open when we catch up with both Matts on their return.

Well done lads,but i want confirmation that the heavy weight and the super heavy weight were merged or was it that Mr Norris had been over indulging and partying with Mr Kipling.

Jay, I don’t think Matt made the weight and begged to fight super heavy, I saw a squashed box of Kiplings Fondant Fancies inside the lapel of his Gi tonight so I think your Mr Kipling guess was correct!!!He did feel heavier when he stacked on me and made me do the box splits!!!!!
