Post Seminar Night Out

I will be writing a full report about the recent training weekend with Braulio Estima.
As usual, Rob Staples has worked hard ensuring that all the students get access to world class instructors and fighters so on behalf of everyone at the club, a big thank you Rob for all your hard work.
On a lighter note, we managed to get some video of Braulio, Rob, Topo and Guernsey Chris out enjoying themselves. The video is below and I hope you enjoy it.
